Anyone
who wants to contribute to the effectiveness of his / her team. The
types of teams may include : natural work teams, project teams,
problem solving teams, community organisations, sport teams,
committees, etc.

The
programme is designed as a full day session.
|
|

The
participant centred workshop format uses interactive and
experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group
discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure
both individual and group participation.

For
maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be
limited to no more than sixteen participants and not less than eight.
