  • Understand the phases of team development and be able to identify the development phase of your team.
  • Understand the success factors of effective teamwork and demonstrate the ability to contribute to the successful implementation of these factors.
  • Understand the importance of values and ground rules in team interactions.
  • Understand meeting principles and be able to participate in effective team meetings.
  • Understand teamwork as a cornerstone of the continuous improvement process.

Anyone who wants to contribute to the effectiveness of his / her team. The types of teams may include : natural work teams, project teams, problem solving teams, community organisations, sport teams, committees, etc.

The programme is designed as a full day session.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to no more than sixteen participants and not less than eight.
