The types of teams may include : natural work teams, project teams, problem solving teams, community organisations, sport teams, committees, etc. The programme is designed as a full day session. The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.
