By completing this training programme, the learner will

- Understand the adult learner and be able to apply the learning principles
- Understand Training Styles and its implications
- Be able to write Instructional Objectives
- Be able to write an Instructional plan
- Be able to Select, Design and Develop active training methods
- Be able to effectively deliver the training
- Be able to effectively use visual aids
- Understand the role of the Trainer as Facilitator
- Be able to use techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of training

Anyone who wants to build skills in training techniques and processes, or current trainers who want to improve their skills.

The programme is designed as a three-day session.
|
|

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes.
|
|
|
For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to no more than fourteen participants.
