Anyone who wants to build knowledge and skills related to the tasks and functions of a Skills Development Facilitator, i.e. Human Resources Managers; Training Managers; Management; Line Supervision; Trade Union Officials

The programme is designed as a three-day session.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.
