  • Understand and be able to diagnose team dysfunction.
  • Be able to apply appropriate interventions to maintain functional teamwork.
  • To be able to formulate a team charter and purpose statement.
  • To be able to compile a code of conduct for the team.
  • Plan, organise and lead effective team meetings.
  • Prepare teams for group presentations of projects in order to get the necessary authority and resources to implement standard operation deviations, continuous improvement plans and / or other initiatives beyond their ordinary brief.

Supervisors, Foremen and Team Leaders who needs to achieve their continuous improvement objectives in a team environment.

The programme is designed as a full day session, but can be adjusted to suit specific needs.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to no more than fourteen participants.
