To be able to coordinate the execution of the project. Any person who wants to improve his ability to effectively implement, monitor and finalise a project. The programme is designed to be presented over two days. The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes.
