- Be able to run / participate in Health and Safety meetings

Programme content can be adjusted to suit the needs of
1) Supervisors, 2) Safety Representatives and 3) Employees. The course content for Supervisors and Representatives will be slanted more towards the interpretation and implementation of legal requirements and their related roles and responsibilities.

The programme is designed as a full day session, but can be adjusted to suit the organisation's specific needs.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role plays, case studies, group discussions and
lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

To ensure the quality of the learning experience, group size must be limited to no more than
sixteen delegates.
