This programme is aimed at providing appropriate theoretical and practical training interventions to enable individuals to effectively execute the activities related to Mentoring learners in the workplace.
The programme is aligned with unit standard 117865, Assist and support learners to manage their learning experience (5 credits on NQF Level 4)

The participant-centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including short lectures, group discussions, role plays and case studies. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation with emphasis on practical application.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to not more than
fourteen delegates.
