   If the scheduled delegate cannot attend the course, you may
      either send a substitute delegate or cancel the booking.  If the
      booking is cancelled 5 working days before the programme
      commences, your fees will be refunded.  If you do not cancel
      timeously, you will be liable for the entire fee.
