To develop an understanding of and an ability to implement techniques which will promote effective negotiation skills.
  • Understand and be able to explain the definition of "negotiation"
  • Understand the different types of negotiating situations
  • Understand win / win as a negotiating strategy
  • Understand the stumbling blocks to effective negotiations
  • To evaluating your negotiating skills and understand the consequences
  • Understanding the structure of negotiation
  • Understand and be able to use the key principles of successful negotiation
  • To be able to prepare for negotiations
  • To understand the skills of an effective negotiator
  • To understand and be able to implement the model for effective negotiation

Any person who wants to improve his / her conflict handling and negotiation skills.

Two days.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to not more than twelve participants.
