The programme is designed as a full day session, but can be adjusted to suit specific needs.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role plays, case studies, group discussions and
lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to not more than
fourteen delegates.
