Anyone who wants to improve his efficiency in a quick changing environment.

One or two days, depending on the organisation's needs.

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes. The activities are designed to ensure both individual and group participation.

For maximum effectiveness and interaction, the group size must be limited to no more than sixteen participants.
