  • Understand and be able to implement aspects related to Evidence
       Evidence gathering methods
       Choosing the method of assessment
  • Understand and be able to implement aspects related to the Assessment process
       Planning the assessment
       Preparing the Learner
       Collecting the evidence
       Judge the evidence
       Record the results
       Giving Feedback
       The appeals procedure
  • Understand the format, and be able to compile a portfolio of evidence

Any person who wants to be accredited as an Assessor against the SAQA prescribed Unit Standard.

Three days

The participant centred workshop format uses interactive and experiential activities, including role-plays, case studies, group discussions and lecturettes.
