Skills Dynamics Africa (SDA) is a Western Cape based organisation, specialising in guiding organisations through focused people development- and continuous improvement driven interventions, to improve business practices in their quest to become world class.

To achieve this, SDA provides a wide range of Training Programmes and services in the fields of training and organisational development.

Programme facilitators are experienced in the development and presentation of a wide range of training programmes in the private sector (food processing, mining and automative component manufacturing industries) as well as local government and community organisations.

Facilitators ensure that they understand the company's processes and culture in order to align training interventions accordingly.  In addition to this, a training needs analysis normally forms the basis of curriculum development and influence presentation methodologies and techniques.

Through an interactive and hands-on approach, facilitators promote learning and skills acquisition through lectures, discussion groups, case studies and practical work.  Knowledge and skills acquisition will be monitored and assessed on a continuous basis.  Training facilitators ensure that they understand the client's processes and culture in order to align training interventions accordingly.

The personnel of SDA have extensive, hands-on industry- and community related experience. In instances where associates are used, SDA ensures conformance with the guidelines of its Quality Management System and the requirements of accreditation bodies.
